You can apply at any time of the year.
  • If you are not eligible for Medicaid, we will let you know if you are eligible for financial assistance to purchase Marketplace health insurance instead. (However, if you are not eligible to register at , you must wait until the next open registration period.)

What happens if I am denied by Medicaid?

  • As an alternative to the Fall 2018 Plan, you may be able to purchase a Private Health Plan through the Marketplace. You can qualify for savings based on your income through premium tax credits and out-of-pocket expense savings.
