On Wednesday, I wore running gear, went to the bathroom, and pushed my cell phone into my pocket. I was ready to get dressed.

I’m not very motivated now. My goal race is more than two months away and the weather in New Jersey is not ideal. And all I see before is a batch of miles on the same road that most of my adults were on. life.

If you want to run the same route multiple times, run another route or run that route in the opposite direction. Do you run in the morning? Try running at night (make sure it lights up correctly).
