The Russian president has been indicted for war crimes by the International Criminal Court on the deportation of Ukrainian children.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Russian President Vladimir Putin and the country’s children’s commissioner Maria Libova Belova.
They are accused of war crimes of illegally deporting children from Ukraine to Russia.
