“We Don’t Talk About Bruno” Gets ASL Music Video From Disney Music Groups And Deaf West Theater


Disney Music Group has partnered with the Tony Award-winning Deaf West Theater to release an American Sign Language version of Walt Disney Animation’s hit “Don’t Talk About Bruno.”Encantowas held to mark International Sign Language Day on Friday.

The video features a cast of Colombians and Hispanics who are deaf and utilizes both American Sign Language and Colombian Sign Language to add an extra layer of authenticity to the song. The English lyrics sung were translated by a team of sign language choreographers who consulted the texts to find the exact signed translations of the songs in the video.
