Orchard Park – Admittedly, the Baltimore Ravens’ secondary was understaffed last week. Also having some terrible coverage glitches, Tyreke of Miami’s Hill wide open long his touchdowns followed by his two were key to his stunning comeback and victory for the Dolphins.
But while many have ridiculed the Ravens’ defensive meltdowns, those plays, and many others in that game, were still criticized. Tua Tagovailoa And Dolphins Offense.
Yeah, it looked bad, but a big part of Baltimore’s problem is Miami’s two dynamic wide receivers, Hill and Jaylen Waddle, are great players and suddenly made the Dolphins’ offense so dangerous. That’s it.

“They have a huge number of playmakers on their team, both on both sides of the ball and on special teams,” Bills coach Sean McDermott said. Very explosive in attack with what they can do…very, very explosive and Tua is also playing at a very high level.”
and all of them buffalo bills For the crews of McDermott and Leslie Fraser, the defensive injury status is a concern ahead of Sunday’s AFC East showdown at Hard Rock Stadium.
“When you’re planning for your opponent, when you’re thinking about your matchup, when you’re thinking about what you want to achieve, it definitely goes through your mind,” Frazier said.
Buffalo Bills injury update
corner back Dane Jackson Avoided a potentially disastrous neck/spine injury, but he hasn’t practiced and probably won’t be in this match. If he doesn’t, that means the Bills will have to start rookie corners for both Christian Benford and Kaia Elam.
If that’s not enough to give you a shake, both buffalo safe – Jordan Poyer (foot) and mica hyde The (necks), who probably form the best duo in the league, didn’t practice Thursday. If they can’t play, Jaquan Johnson and Dumar Hamlin will be the last line of defense.
And up front, three defensive tackles can miss the game. Ed Oliver (ankle) and Tim Settle (Calf) Both played in Titans games, Jordan Phillips I injured my hamstrings during the game.
None of this is ever a good thing.
You know the old saying, “It’s not who you play with on your schedule, it’s when you play.” Miami offense may have a great week playing with the Bills.
Injury-riddled Buffalo Bills defense needs locks on Tyreek Hill, Jalen Waddle
What makes the Hill-Waddle tandem explosive and dangerous is incredible speed that creates a huge dilemma for defensive coordinators like Frazier. If Hill and Waddle win the first step, the defense tends not to do coverage on the outside because they have wheels that burn out on everyone.
Fearing it, most teams give a cushion at the line of scrimmage, but it’s really at Miami’s hands. Tagovailoa is a rhythm his passer who relies on Hill and Waddle to create instant separation on the sidelines, including his roots, slants and seam passes.
Unless, of course, the opposing defense is nowhere to be found and Hill or Waddle look like centerfielders waiting for the ball to arrive at Yankee Stadium, he consistently stands in the pocket to take the ball down. Not a quarterback that can be driven onto the field.
“They’re doing a great job. Their receivers are getting yards after the catch,” Frazier said. “So the ability to tackle and get players to go football is going to be very important. I am making a mistake.
“In our plan, it’s never one man. It’s about a collective effort that combines our rush and our coverage. There aren’t many people who say, “I’m going to take it one-on-one.” I got him all day long. He is an excellent receiver and one of the best in our business. ”
Of course, Hill has quite a history with the Bills from his days in Kansas City, so Frazier would know. He is one of the most disruptive players the Bills have faced, and certainly was during McDermott’s coaching days. In five games, including the postseason, he has 37 catches for 446 yards and one touchdown.
“He’s a once-in-a-lifetime player with his speed and ability to come up for competitive catches and everything,” McDermott said. I once played against , but now we’re on the same field.
“For the past few years, when we play against Miami, I always thought they were a talented football team. No. It’s coming from[tight end Mike]Gesitzki and the running backs over there[Chase Edmonds and Raheem Mostert]so explosive and Tua is also playing at a very high level.
“They’ve scored a lot of points, they’ve done a great job with their offensive strategy, and Mike[McDaniel]is doing a great job of making them successful, so it’s going to be a big challenge for us.”
