Submit documents proving your income

When you applied for marketplace coverage, you may have reported a lower household income than the data source confirms. If so, it’s important to submit proof of income to the marketplace to fix this data matching issue. You need to verify your income so that you can maintain the support you get from the marketplace premium and cost sharing.

Documents must be submitted by September 30th.

Time is running out.This week you may receive a letter telling you Failure to submit documentation by September 30, 2014 may result in changes or termination of coverage for marketplace expenses such as monthly premiums, deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.

Here’s what you can do to submit your documents:

  • Log in to your Marketplace account Then select the current application. Use the menu on the left side of the screen to[アプリケーションの詳細]Click. The next screen displays a list of data matching issues (referred to as “inconsistencies” on the screen) in your application. Follow the steps for each discrepancy and upload the necessary documents to fix the issue. Do not use the following characters in the name of the file you upload: / \ : * ?

If you have already mailed or uploaded your documents, we will let you know once the review is complete. Your information may still match. If you have received a letter from us requesting documentation but think you have already submitted it, or have any questions, we are here to help. Call the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596. to indicate that you received a data matching warning notification. TTY users should call her at 1-855-889-4325.
