Medicaid or CHIP coverage

You can apply for Medicaid or CHIP at any time. Registration is accepted all year round. If you qualify, you (or a family member) can enroll right away.

Children up to the age of 19 and teenagers are eligible for free or low cost coverage. Parents may also be covered. In many states, more adults than ever are eligible for Medicaid, so if you were denied Medicaid in the past, you can try again.
