Leah McSweeney seems to confirm she’s been fired from ‘RHONY’

Leah McSweeney seems to have confirmed her We won’t be back for the “Real Housewives of New York City” reboot.

McSweeney — Appeared on the Bravo Show for two seasons from 2019Posted a TikTok video On Friday, she sarcastically advised future “housewives” not to repeat the same mistake.

“As a former ‘Real Housewife of New York,’ these are five things I would never do,” McSweeney, 40, said, seemingly emphasizing the word “ex.”

She has been known to “get completely naked,” “get drunk on national television,” “throw food in someone’s face,” “steal the spotlight at another woman’s birthday party,” and of course, “put a vibrator on a chicken.” I suggested never ‘leave it alone’. — if fans remember, that was all she did.

Bravo did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

McSweeney didn’t clarify her statement, but that didn’t stop fans from speculating about her departure in the comments.

“I don’t want RHONY without Leah. She still deserves to be! 😩,” someone else wrote.

“Previous? 😢 @bravoandy fix this now 😢,” added another fan, referring to executive producer Andy Cohen.

McSweeney’s comment marks the first time someone from the previous cast has provided an update on their position on the show.

Back in March, Cohen Revealed that ‘RHONY’ will be returning to Bravo for two different series. One was a lineup of new cast members and the other was based on previous fan favorites, which he briefly called “RHONY Legacy.”

“We spent a lot of time figuring out where to go, and I think the plan we came up with is a real gift to our fans.” told Variety at the time.

The network has yet to announce either cast, but Cohen stressed that his priority was to cast the “RHONY” reboot first.
