If you expect to lose coverage in the past 60 days or in the next 60 days, this means you may be able to purchase Marketplace health insurance for the remainder of 2017.

Which indemnification losses are counted?

If you have lost or are likely to lose coverage from any of these sources, you may be eligible to apply through the Special Enrollment Period.
