- Already have marketplace coverage? login Update an existing 2019 application.
When does coverage start?
If you join or change to a plan with a special coverage period, your new health coverage will start from the date your baby was born or adopted, even if you enrolled in the plan after 60 days.
Note: If you adopted a child, you may need to: submit documentslike adoption letters and records, indicate the name of the person who became a dependent and the date they became one.
