Rising music producer David Dante O’Kiti, commonly known as Don Dante, has helped put the Afrobeat genre on the world map with his music-making prowess.
To his credit, the young producer has produced some great songs in the music industry.
The burgeoning producer has recently worked on some of Africa’s biggest hits.
Notable jams influenced by him include Peruzzi’s Hypertension, Davido’s Very Special, Things I Need, and May D’s Lowo Lowo featuring Davido.
“I have always been involved in sound creation from an early age. As a live instrument player, I enjoy the complexity of sound. Then I started playing keyboards and mixing sounds.
“All these experiences combined give me an edge. As a music producer, I strive to stay ahead of the game by improving my skills and constantly updating my knowledge. “There’s a need, and the Afrobeat genre is here to fill that void. That’s where I come in,” he said.
