Gwyneth Paltrow embraces ‘sagging skin’ and ‘wrinkles’ in bikinis before turning 50

Gwyneth Paltrow is gearing up for her 50th birthday in an unfiltered bikini photo.

An actress who will celebrate a milestone in September. At 27, she rocks her black-and-white swimsuit to show off her ‘flabby skin’ and ‘wrinkles’ Instagram photo Thursday.

“Meditation on milestones,” Paltrow captioned the snap, telling followers Goop blog post.

In an essay, the star of Shakespeare in Love wrote, “Curiously [has] There is no sense that time has passed”, but her body cannot be described as “timeless”.

She explained, “My body [is] All day proof maps. … A collection of marks and unevenness that make chapters into dog ears. A burnt oven, a finger slammed against a window long ago, the birth of a child. Silver hair and nasolabial folds. ”

Paltrow, mother of 18-year-old Apple and 16-year-old Moses, said she’s working to combat the “crazy idea” of accepting her aging body.

“I embrace my marks and sagging skin and wrinkles,” she wrote. Let go of the need to defy.

Paltrow concluded with her plan to “fully admit” herself.
