Genshin Impact Quicken reaction guide and team recommendations
Quicken is an elemental reaction in Genshin Impact involving Electro and Dendro. All teams wishing to utilize this elemental reaction must have characters using both elements. It’s worth mentioning that it doesn’t matter if dendro is applied after electro or vice versa. The Quicken aura applies as long as an enemy hits both elements.
From there, the player can trigger one of two Elemental Reactions with Genshin Impact: Spread or Aggravate. Hitting an enemy with Quicken with Dendro will trigger Spread. Alternatively, using Electro in that scenario will trigger Aglabate.
Quicken’s Genshin Impact Team Guide
Genshin Impact’s Quicken team’s main goal is to make good use of the Dendro and Electro elements. Therefore, it is recommended not to use characters that use Hydro or Pyro. This is because it can lead to various Elemental Reactions that players don’t want to use.
The next section describes various team compositions that utilize this elemental reaction.
Example #1 (Nahida + Keqing + Kazuha + Fischl)
On this team, Nahida provides Dendro and Keqing and Fischl use Electro. Keqing is his DPS unit on the field and makes the team Deteriorated compositionFischl can easily apply Electro off the field if needed.
As far as non-Dendro and non-Electro units are concerned, Kazuha fits perfectly into any Quicken team composition. His Anemo does not interrupt the main his Elemental Reactions, and his RES Shred of him allows characters like Keqing to do much more damage.
You can replace Fischl with Yae Miko, Kazuha with any other Sucrose, and so on.
Example #2 (Dendro Traveler + Yaoyao + Fischl + Beidou)
This team composition is a budget option. Elemental Reaction is easy to set up as it only consists of Dendro and Electro Units.
Beidou provides a solid shield and Yaoyao is a healer. Fischl will play the same role as before, Dendro Traveler You can also apply Dendro.
Example #3 (Collei + Tighnari + Yae Miko + Zhongli)
Zhongli doesn’t contribute to Genshin Impact’s Quicken Elemental Reaction, but he has the best shield in the game. Tighnari is this team’s primary onfield Dendro DPS, and Collei can build to support him with his 4-piece Deepwood Memories artifact set.
Yae shrine maiden A simple off-field electro can be applied in a similar fashion to Genshin Impact’s Fischl.
Example #4 (Al Haitham + Yaemiko + Yaoyao + Fischl)
This example features another powerful Dendro on-field DPS unit, the Alhaitham. All other characters in this team composition play the same role as before.
When building a Quicken team in Genshin Impact, make sure it contains at least 1 Dendro and 1 Electro character. Including Anemo and Geo characters is fine, but it’s best not to use other elements that create different Elemental Reactions such as Bloom or Burning.
