Former aviation minister Femi Fani Kayode has been psyched over the successful re-election of Lagos state governor and All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate Babajide Sanwo Ol.

Sanwo-Olu is contesting re-election and a second term as governor of Lagos state, facing opposition from Labor Party (LP) Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour (GRV) and Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, widely known as the People’s Democratic Party’s Jandol facing. Party (PDP).

APC Presidential Election Council member Fani-Kayode urged Lagos residents to vote for Sanwo-Olu and prevent the state from falling into the hands of terrorists.

“She must not fall into the hands of extortionists, aliens, gangsters, and terrorists who seek to change her identity and turn her into what she is not.

“She must not bow down to those who want to remove all our respected traditional rulers and replace them with theirs.

“She prays to the gods, worships the devil, pours wine, makes blood sacrifices to idols, and gives her head to those who refuse to acknowledge the power and majesty of the true God who alone rules over human affairs. Do not lower.
