Didn’t register by December 23rd? We can still help you get your coverage

We know that many of you are working hard to complete your health insurance enrollment on the Health Insurance Marketplace.®The December 23rd registration deadline has passed, but it will start on January 1st, but don’t miss it if you were looking to register.

Despite our best efforts, heavy traffic to HealthCare.gov, maintenance periods, or other system issues may cause delays and prevent us from completing the process on time. If this happens, don’t worry.

Contact the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596 (24/7, closed December 25). TTY: 1-855-889-4325.

Tell your customer service representative that you were trying to register and explain why you were unable to finish by the deadline. We’ll tell you what you can do to complete your registration and receive your 2014 coverage.
