‘Chullu bhar pani me dub maro’ – Twitter explodes as Australia beat Team India by 10 wickets in IND vs AUS 2nd ODI

Australia beat Team India by 10 wickets in the second ODI on Sunday 19 March in Visakhapatnam.

Chasing 118, Mitchell Marsh remained undefeated on 66 of 36 pitches. Travis, meanwhile, had his head undefeated on 51 of his 30 pitches, which included his 10 bounds.

Together, the duo cornered the target in just 11 overs and helped the visitors level the three-match ODI series at 1-1.

Earlier in the day, Australia then bowled India for just 117 in 26 overs. Steve Smith Choose bowling.

‘We didn’t put enough runs on the board’ – Rohit Sharma on Team India’s loss

Rohit Sharma looked disappointed with his batting unit’s dismal performance on Sunday. He credits the top order’s regular wicket with boosting the hosts.

Speaking after the game, he said:

“If we lose the match, it’s just a disappointment. We didn’t apply ourselves with the bat. We didn’t put enough runs on the board. Not 117 wickets. We applied ourselves.” We didn’t, we never allowed it, to get the run we wanted.”

The win set Australia up for the series deciding match against the team on Wednesday 22 March at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
