Cher relists Malibu home with $10 million price cut

dear is about to take down her massive Malibu mansion again… bringing the property she’s called home for decades back on the market at a discount.

A real estate source told TMZ… The pop icon’s beachfront property is currently valued at $75 million, a significant discount from its original $85 million price tag.

Remember, Cher listed the house It returned in October, but never sold, was removed from the market, and relisted on Friday afternoon.

An Italian style home is a true beauty…with just about every feature imaginable, including home gyms, infinity pools, home theaters, tennis courts and more.

The home sits on 1.7 acres and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The grounds are dotted with his 40 palm trees, as well as a fountain and courtyard.

The main residence has seven bedrooms, most notably the primary suite decorated with two closets and a meditation room.

And get this… apparently there’s a temperature-controlled wig room that stores up to 100 hairpieces…where else can you find them?!?

Cher originally purchased the site in 1989 for $2.95 million.
