Be sure to pay your health insurance premiums

If you’ve enrolled in a plan and paid your first month’s premium, congratulations!

If you haven’t paid yet, please be patient. Follow your insurance company’s instructions on how and when to pay your first premium. Please check the payment deadline carefully and remit by then. Otherwise, you may lose your insurance.

Once you have paid your premium, remember:

  • Check your membership card or other materials sent by your plan.
  • Review your plan’s 2015 provider directory to determine who will provide care.
  • If you have any questions or have not received your membership card, please contact your plan.

Here are some other tips for registering on the Marketplace.

  • You can check your coverage at any time.However login to your account Click on your application. An overview is displayed on the My Coverage page. On this page, you can find details about your subscription and plan benefits.
  • you have a certain rights and protection Enrolling in a plan through the Marketplace includes plan information and entitlement to emergency medical care.
  • If you contact the plan and it doesn’t show that you’re enrolled, try again in a few days. While we update your Marketplace registration record, it may take some time before it appears in our system.
