Amazon tightens ebook return policy to thwart BookTok

Amazon plans to limit automatic e-book returns to cases where people have read less than 10% of the book. According to the Writers GuildThe change follows complaints that Kindle buyers were returning read-to-end titles to get a refund, and is expected to be in place by the end of the year.
