To avoid losing health insurance and savings, Please follow the instructions in the notification and submit the documents.
- Please update if your income or information changes. Report life changes — As soon as it occurs, such as a change in income, household size, residence, or any other coverage. These changes can affect your insurance coverage, your savings, and your tax liability next year.
- Be sure to file your 2015 taxes. If your 2015 plan has a premium tax credit, you must file your 2015 federal income tax return. Otherwise, you could lose the savings you made with your 2016 plan.
