3 tips to remember when creating an account on the Health Insurance Marketplace®

We know that many customers find their first consumer experience frustrating. We are committed to making things better and providing the help and health coverage you need.

In particular, many people said they had trouble creating their Marketplace accounts and were “stuck” along the way, never reaching the finish line. We are working hard to resolve all HealthCare.gov technical issues and are happy to report that most users are now able to successfully create an online marketplace account.

Your security questions may have frozen, you may not have received an email with a verification link, or the email link did not work.
