President Muhammad Buhari voted in the ongoing gubernatorial and provincial council elections in Daula, Katsina state.
Bukhari held the vote at Kofar Bar Guidan Niyan, Sarkin Yarn A Ward, Daula.
Buhari took office on the floor of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on 29 May 2015, winning re-election in 2019 after defeating his closest rival Atiku Abubakar by more than three million votes. Re-elected.
The presidential term ends on Monday, May 29.
Bola Tinubu, an All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, is Buhari’s successor as the country’s next leader.
Tinub won the presidential election on February 25 and is set to take office on May 29.
The president-elect received 8,794,726 votes, defeating Atiku of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) with 6,984,520 votes and Peter Obi of the Labor Party with 6,101,533 votes.
